Nutritional Advice
I consider there to be 5 pillars of health and wellbeing that are closely connected and equally important; Nutrition, hydration, exercise, sleep and stress management.
Below, I’m going to give you an introduction to how good nutrition can help you stay happy and healthy
You Are What You Eat
The phrase “you are what you eat” is as true as it is well known.
Our modern diet often consists of many foods that contain toxins.
If you don’t buy organic produce, your fruit and veg are probably contaminated with pesticides and your meat will contain antibiotics.
We’re all creatures of habit and you’ll probably find that, like everyone else, you tend to shop for the same foods each time you go shopping.
Despite its challenging nature, eating a varied diet is important in order to reap all the benefits of a balanced and clean diet.
Mix It Up
From my experience working with clients one-on-one and running my signature weight loss program, people often find themselves on diets that exclude certain food groups, such as the keto diet which cuts out carbohydrates.
When you “eat a rainbow”, the different coloured vegetables, fruit, and berries provide your body with various phytonutrients (natural compounds found in food) that give different health benefits.
Even people who consider themselves healthy have areas they can improve.
The right nutritional products can help you bridge the gap between what you eat and what you should be eating.
Helpful Nutritional Advice
Better nutrition means a healthier and happier life.
Products that are plant-based and have natural, clean ingredients can help you feel and look your best by nourishing your body the way nature intended.
When it comes to my weight loss work, improving your diet with the right nutritional products has been proven to be a winning formula.
My signature weight loss program works great without these products however with the added nutrition my clients lose up to twice as much weight.
If you are looking to lose weight in a healthy way and wish to accelerate the process I can help by making the right product suggestions for you.
