Don’t get me wrong, not all of us aspire to have a six-pack like Jennifer Lopez, and no offence to Bridget Jones, I think she is awesome in many ways!
My point is that healthy and fit people don’t have an extraordinary willpower “muscle” and an endless supply of motivational energy that we, mortals, can only dream of! No!
