My belief is that there are five pillars of health and wellbeing. Nutrition is one of those five pillars.
I’m a strong believer that you are what you eat. This is why I believe in paying attention to the food you put into your body.
Our modern diet is full of toxins that not only make you gain weight but also affect your overall wellbeing.
Feeling tired and sluggish during the day is a good sign that you’re probably eating the wrong foods.

The Importance of Hydration
We’re told that we should make sure we drink plenty of water, but how many of us actually do?
Since our bodies are over 60% water it makes sense that, if we are to improve our health and wellbeing, we should make sure we are not just drinking enough water, but the right kind.
While drinking tap water is better than no water at all, it actually contains lots of chemicals that aren’t good for us. Even bottled water has its downsides due to the plastic containers leaching into the water.
The wrong type of water can strip our bodies of minerals and create an acidic environment, the perfect environment for disease to spread.
