My Approach

My aim as a therapist is to help you start feeling better from our first session together, by providing support that is both professional and compassionate, and also unique to your needs and circumstances.

It’s a solution-focused therapy, with as few sessions as possible.

I offer a warm, friendly and non-judgmental space where we can work together to co-create a life that works better for you.

After a varied career in Human Biosciences, Healthcare and Healthy Lifestyle, I retrained as a Human Givens psychotherapist and now work with adults, parents and mums.

My journey to becoming a therapist has been a very personal one, through my own struggles.

I gained a lot of weight (I’ve lost 6 stone since!) and during the pandemic I suffered from anxiety and low mood.

Becoming healthy and losing weight led me to become a transformation coach and becoming emotionally healthy was the catalyst for my career change to become a therapist.
