Full Body Workout
I love moving my body but it hasn’t always been this way.
I didn’t grow up in a very sporty family and I started to really dislike any type of exercise during my school years because I used to be bullied by my sports teacher. Later in life I used exercise as a way of punishing myself for eating more and sweating my way to a fitter body.
It’s fair to say I had to address some limiting beliefs and heal my relationship with exercise!
Some of the things that helped exercise become an essential as well as enjoyable part of my life is understanding how moving my body benefits not only my physical but also my emotional health, finding exercises that I actually enjoy doing and adopting my “bare minimum” strategy.

Although I am not a qualified fitness instructor myself, I have designed and extensively rehearsed this Full Body Workout with a fully qualified and very experienced fitness instructor.
Together we designed exercises that you can do at the comfort of your own home without any equipment, exercises that are safe, simple and low impact yet very effective and also suitable for different levels of fitness.
My Full Body Workout contains a quick warm up, 3 sets of exercises, a cool down and a short visualization for a healthier and happier you. I wanted to sprinkle some self love at the end of the workout for you! All together it’s just under half an hour.
The exercises are 3 exercises for abs which I have called Jennifer Lopez Abs, 3 exercises for arms which I have called Catherine, the Princess of Wales, Arms, and 3 exercises for legs which I have called Gwyneth Paltrow legs.
These strong females have been my inspirations!
Depending on where you are on your fitness journey, start and build your way up with either doing these exercises more frequently, increasing the level of difficulty or simply increasing the number of reps that you do – find what works for you!
Lastly a friendly reminder that exercise works best when it’s combined with the right mindset and a healthy diet.
